- Maintaining regular contact with clients; proactively offering and implementing new ways to meet client needs.
- Understanding the clients’ business and their competitive environments.
- Monitoring media for all relevant sports and sports business trends; reporting to team with insights for clients.
- Learning, understanding and adapting information for working with different sports leagues – from eSports to Olympics – and applying that knowledge across various client business including brand PR, corporate sponsorship, etc.
- Playing key roles in the planning and implementation of account activities including special events, media events, media relations, social media, desk-side briefings, program implementation, etc.
- Demonstrating the ability to effectively develop a full range of written materials including client correspondence, press releases, media pitches, reports, etc.
- Conducting media outreach surrounding events and spokespeople.
- Initiating and implementing the logistical management of media events, press conferences/briefings, media tours, etc.
